Description

The I’D S self-braking descender is specifically designed for use in rope access and working at height. It features an ergonomic handle that ensures smooth and controlled descent. With built-in anti-panic functionality and an anti-error catch, the device minimizes the risk of accidents caused by user mistakes. The AUTO-LOCK system enables users to secure themselves at a workstation easily, without needing to adjust the handle or tie off the device. Once locked, the rope can be retracted without further handle manipulation. The safety gate ensures that the rope can be installed while the device remains attached to the harness. The I’D S is compatible with ropes ranging from 10 to 11.5 mm in diameter and supports loads up to 250 kg.
