Description

The INTERSTATIC PROTECT offers twice the cut resistance of other static ropes with a comparable diameter and sheath proportion thanks to the high-strength aramid fibers incorporated into the rope sheath. This makes it the ideal choice when working near sharp edges or in situations where additional safety reserves are required. With a diameter of 11.8 mm, the rope is highly robust and easy to grip, making it ideal for use as a trunk anchor rope and for the moving rope technique (MRT) in the field of tree care, as well as for technical rescues in the field of rope access. Despite the rope’s thicker diameter, the INTERSTATIC PROTECT 11.8 MM works fantastically with our MEGAWATT descender and the FUSE guided type fall arrester.
