Description
The RT270B1 Tether is fitted with a rubber grommet at the top attachment, which prevents excessive ‘sit back’ of the Rope Wrench. This means that the Rope Wrench can be correctly positioned for minimal friction during ascent, but will engage quickly on the rope during descent.
The tether is made from Yale Beeline ø8mm cord, which has a Vectran core and 75/25 Technora/Poleyster sheath, for strength and abrasion resistance.
The RT270B2 Single Tether is fitted with a transparent cover, to allow inspection of the stitching beneath.
